View History

  • Select the profile of the member to view the history.

Filtered History

This option gives you websites that were filtered out but still attempted by the family member. It gives you a timestamp of the attempt made to the particular websites.

To use this option:

  • Select the website, you want to allow access to.
  • Click on Set as Allowed.
  • The website can be freely accessed by the member as it is not filtered unless you have paused, when it is bedtime, offtime or the time limit has reached.

Visited History:

  • Select the website, you want to allow access to and is to be filtered.
  • Click on Set as Not Allowed.
  • The member will no more have access to this website now

Clearing History

You cannot delete the history as it is associated with the profile. You will have to delete the profile if you want to erase the history.

How to delete and recreate a profile?

Delete a profile:
  • Go to the FamilyMode app
  • Go to the profile of the Family member you want to delete.
  • Select the edit option you will find at the top right
  • Select Delete profile option
  • To confirm tap on the delete option again
Create a profile:
  • Go to Menu in FamilyMode 
  • Go to Add a new Profile and give a different name to recreate the profile. e.
