Platform mortgages is now owned by the co-operative bank. This means that any complaints you may have about the platform mortgages PPI should first be directed to the CO-operative bank.

You should know that the deadline for making a PPI complaint has now passed.

The PPI Complaints deadline was  29 August 2019. This means you will no longer be able to check if you have had a Platform mortgages PPI or make a complaint.

If you have already made your PPI complaint before this deadline about platform mortgages then the co-operative bank gives the below timelines on their website.

“PPI Enquires

All enquires into whether or not a customer has held PPI with the bank will be responded to within 30 days.

PPI Complaints

All complaints into the possible mis-selling of PPI products will be responded to within 8 weeks as per our standard complaints process.”

Complaining to the financial ombudsman
