How this APR calculator works

APR stands for Annual Percentage Rate, which the interest rate being charged annually on your borrowings.

This APR Calculator calculates the real APR.

Loan Fee is the amount the lender charges you and adds to the loan.

The Upfront fees are not added to the loan and hence are not loaned.

In Real APR we exclude the loaned fees and upfront fees.

If you were calculating APRC then these values will be included.
